2019

Research and Problem Analysis

Motivated by practical problems faced by small to medium-sized NGOS and their key objectives, an internal research was conducted in collaboration with the Regional Research Organization in Zimbabwe and the United Kingdom.

Software Development

Using UI/UX  insights from initial and ongoing research,  a responsive and user-friendly interface was designed and developed to address the minimum valuable deliverables of the software product.
2021

Product Management & Testing

Released a pilot version for rapid support of our strategic partners with multiple users in Zimbabwe.

Product Marketing

Move to enhance support  at local and regional level with an updated, customized interface for current and new users, all part of our  GRANTManager system.
